Where do I claim the Tarnished Sword furnishing?

I was able to claim all the rewards until PRI Tarnished Sword, but I don't see where to claim the server rewards.

You can claim the server rewards from the Y challenges rewards window. If you only just accepted the rewards up to PRI, you may need to reload the game to be able to accept the rewards.

I have a tet Tarnished sword and I don't see anywhere to claim the rewards. I read that the Y challenges but nothing there for me. I know to claim rewards in Velia up to pri. Any suggestions please.

Talk to the npc in velia that you did from 1-Pri then the rewards will be in your Y rewards, though you may have to swap characters for it to show
