Black spirit: detonative Flow III is not properly working against players. Completely no hits or damage toward players. However, against Monsters and Practice Dummies it work perfectly fine.

It still does CC but no damage. Just tested in BA

Are you sure you? W+F Hold RMB un-lock black spirit rage ) not the regular skill it self, although the bsr skill has pre buff 20% all resistance and 10% critical hit rate
