Smiley Face Bug, persistently on my screen

Hey I logged into my account today after the update and my screen has 2 and a half smiley faces that I can interact with on my screen, of which I have no idea how to get rid of. Did anyone else get a similar bug?
Theres one smiley which I'm hovering over, another one to the left of it and another one up top near a tree. Can anyone else?

That looks like discord, given the font and look of the emote. Do you perhaps have discord open behind the game window and it is being weird? First time I see this to be honest.

It is discord!! I have to fiddle with the overlay settings but it looks like its due to a wonky overlay bug. Thanks for the help!
