As a "mmo", bdo is really much more enjoyable with other. And guilds are important in that regard.
Sadly, guild quests aren't that much interesting, and are quite too restricted.
I don't really recommand changing the rewards, because I've simply not much stats on it, and I bet you, at PA, have more info regarding that to balance the game properly.
What I suggest is:
- Make possible for GM / Officiers, to filter quests
For example, if we are in a XL guild, make possible for these players to only show XL/L/M/S quests, with checkboxes. That would allow players with more authorities to select what types of quests guild members could do, with their own rules.
- Remove unused trading guild quests for trading, which isn't relevant anymore due to trading beeing removed from the game
- Why not make possible for players to actually choose, with a "vote" system, which spots will be presented, in the pool, of rng spots presented every 10 minutes?
For example, each week, direclty in game, members can vote for grind spots which will be available during the end of the week. Each player could vote only once, during the entire week, and each 10 minutes, the pool would be updated to take the last votes in consideration.
That would allow a high end guild to get just high end spots because they are only interested in those, and new guilds to only get early grind spots. Plus, every members could have a nice impact in the guild with this vote. That way, we could also prioritize party grind spots, for guilds with players who like to play together, etc.
- Add World/Field Boss in combat quests
Sometimes, we aren't feeling to grind, and 2K/4K mobs guild quests aren't super interesting for us. Please, add World Boss in the guild quest system. People will have a new reason to do them (Quint is no longer killed on EU for example). And it's more enjoyable to kill a Boos all together to complete the quest than killing some monsters (at least for me).
Participation could be relative to damages dealt, or, just equally for each participant.
- Add Blitz Boss in combat quests
Just the same as mentioned previously, some players enjoy more to kill bosses than grinding.
- Add pvp guild quests
For pvp guild, that could be fun to have a new "special" category of quest with pvp related content.
For example, we could have quests that require to kill 2 people on arsha / arsha anonymous only, quests that require to kill 10 people on RBF, or win 3 matches in AOS.
That way, that would give new way for only pvp players to participate in the guild quests as well.
I think I'm done, and they are just ideas. I know soon, guild related content will be updated, and maybe everyhing mentioned is already in rework state.

Love your suggestions! It would be so fun to make a 3-6 man guild group and go subjugate! There's also some really fun events like Laytons invasion that would be so much fun it it was bigger, took over an area and the guild with the most kills wins or it could just be a subjugation platoon quest?

Guild trading could be something like bloods or whatever that you earn from the guild quests and it could even be different based on play types: life skill/pve. With the guild earned item(s) you take a wagon and five "defenders" or a whole platoon, load your wagon(s) in a city and set out to the quest destination. Along the way the defenders fight off bandits. (kind of like Ashes of Creation). The guild with highest trade leader board along with guild league leader board?
This could breathe life into trading, offer a fun visual experience for other players, offer a fun guild member bonding experience, gain trading experience, enhance wagons and pearlshop wagon skin sales.

Indeed! Events like layten invasion on season is a really nice event, which could be awesome to get elswhere!
I would love to see some "vampire survivors" mecanics in this game. Like the old sycraia stuff there was. Survive the waves, and get rewards depending on how much time you survived.
i rather wish that PA fix the guild quests so they are in a list, so members can choose the quest they want to do and guilds members can do X amount of guild quest per day instead and the guild mission rewards get sent directly to guild storage.
