I know if I get killed by monster I lose combat xp and skill xp, but if I get killed by another player on ARSHA pvp server do I lose xp?

You do not lose crystals or exp from PVP death. (Or even mob death immediately after PVP)

Unless you are negative karma, in which case the normal PvP death penalties (Crystal loss / exp loss) will apply

With the exception of being in the desert past sand grain... does not apply in the lawless lands you just goto jail... so if your neg karma head to the desert.

if a player tosses your in the middle of the mobs and you die, they lose karma and you lose nothing. this is available for 1 minut after you are hit. once pvp is activated neither player can lose xp,crystals,downgrades to monsters, unless one of them is negative karma
