Reduce the "escape" functions cooldown timer.

Suggestions/Comments: 30 minutes for an unstuck cooldown is crazy. I missed out of a dungeon reward because of this. In sycrakea's final boss I got teleported under the map and couldn't unstuck myself beacuse of this crap, because the loot disappeared before I could pick it up. Just reduce its timer drastically, it makes no sense it being this long and it made my day hell. Please PA.

The escape cooldown and the "V" iframe cooldown are both much too long. I'm not sure what the point of having escape have a cooldown is in the first place. Any attack can interrupt it, it's there to get you unstuck while out of combat.
