Right now it's possible to give Mission Specialists in guild permission to use guild skills that require "[Guild] Pledge of the Blood" item.

But right now, the only option is to be temporary promoted to Office position so we can take those items out of the guild storage, so we can actually use those skills.

Once we retreive those items from guild storage, and demoted back down to MS role, we can pop uf those buffs, but once we run out of Pledges we need to be granted temporariy Officer permissions once again.

My suggestion is to add ability for guild masters to give MS role additional permissions to withdraw items from guild storage.

The authority to use guild skills can be given to everyone, no matter the rank (that's why they came with that system, no?). The best solution would be delete the blood and suck funds when someone wants to use guild skills. If not, at least fix the condition to take blood out of guild storage or guild shop
