There are 4 of us trying to figure this out. We have spent hours on this and are completely frustrated. We followed the guide but the black spirit doesn't offer anything after trying to accept the Imoogi questline, as required to start. Nothing on the Black Spirit that will advance us. We are a wits end with this!

I'm assuming at this point that we all have to complete the ENTIRE LoML quests? That isn't going to happen! First, we have tried on multiple characters for weeks and can't get past the bosses at level 61. So the LoML questlines are NOT going to happen with us. We have wasted too much time on those.

Are we NEVER going to be able to do the Seoul quests? WHY would they put in a nice update for "everybody" that most will never be able to do?

How can we start the Seoul questline from this update without doing that stupid boring LoML questline that we can't complere anyway? Is this game now dead to us?

If you don't want to do 1st part, why d u even bother starting pre quest and 2nd loml part? Stop sounding silly.

Edit: you can discover region, most of npcs, craft sov and do boss blitz without quests.

Isn't it pretty obvious you need to do part 1 quests before doing part 2 quests this is continuation of the story lol?  

Besides, part 1 questlines dont require any specific level or gear you can definitely do them regardless of what you have and what class you play.

I've ran through the Loml questline twice. Once on my main char back when it released and again just a few weeks ago on another char for the crossroad branches so they definitely do work.

You would have to be more specific on what issues you are running into. All the bosses in the questline are the easy quest versions so if you are multiple people running into the same issue maybe you are missing something very fundamental.

Imoogi quest leads to Seoul or LOML part 2. You just need to finish it on a character that has done part 1. Then talk to the black spirit after you're done and it will grant you the LOML part 2 quest chain starter. 

What bosses at 61? Nothing in the LOML part 1 is so hard that you can't do it. If you're talking about Black shrine bosses, you can easily do the quest ones. If you're having trouble, do it on a geared character. Did you guys enhance your tuvala gear to pen before doing those? The only time I had trouble was when I was brand new to the game and had no clue what was what. And even then after some wipes, I managed to kill the bosses fine. 

Thankfully the quest boss version is easy. but doing the shrine boss, even calamity 1 is impossible. i keep getting 1 shotted by an AOE (at least for the 1 boss i tried). i don't even know what happens one minute i'm fine the next i'm dead. the only thing i can think of is that you are supposed to use a skill that makes you invunrable in the exact time of the attack, as the only way to not take lethal damage. 

I have completed all LOML main story, boss blitz, and Imoogi quests. Black Spirit has nothing for me. I cannot begin new quests.

they gave us 2 pen blackstar and you cant beat sangoon ?

Do you have all quests turned on? And did you complete these quests on the character youre checking the quests on? The unlock is not family wide, it only works for the char that did the quests.

Ì dont understand why you would want to do the Seoul questline if you can't finish the LMOL part 1 quests. If you cant beat the part 1 bosses, it seems unlikely you can beat the part 2 ones anyway. 

But yes every expansion in this game so far i beleive has required you to finish the earlier region's questline before you can do the new region's questline. It's always been this way.
