Only six locations seems low, considering we've got more capital cities now. Odraxxia, sure, I can't remember if there's a good fishing spot there, and lore-wise it'd be best to avoid the dark elves that enslave people, but it makes no sense to leave Eilton out. I mean, that spot is perfect for an event like this. Same with the Land of the Morning Light. The event NPC is from there and you recently opened up the rest of that area, so why not use it too, give players a reason to head over there.

My criticism is..

You got a highly anticipated MMO competitor (TnL) starting today (for early access), and PA combats that with an AFK event for player retention..   lol

I thought AFK is the bedrock that Black Desert stands on, if that breaks what will be left....

After 90 min of afk fishing I got:

10 Plump Coelocanth

2 Silver-shimmering Tuna

2 Silver Keys

1 Broken Bottle

Bunch of worthless fishes

and NOT a single Blue-backed Tuna.

As much as I want the "Wise Housekeeper" buff for my horse training, it ain't worth trading  several hours of said activity to afk fishing, pretty sure mathematically you are better off keeping horse training as the buff itself won't compensate for the loss of progression incurred.

It's an event to convince you to keep bdo open while you will play Throne and Liberty. Don't expect much from PA.
Also from what you wrote it's at least 20mil + maybe 3-5mil from "worthless" fishes. For 90 min it still better than horse training unless you have 2k mastery in training and p2w costumes and you training on wagon.
