Suggestions/Comments: the general staff and the guild master can view the recruitment requests to the guild, displayed on this screen (see screenshot). However, there is no summary of the actions already carried out by the general staff. We do not know the date of the announcement and we do not know if anyone has already contacted them and on what date. In our guild, there are four of us managing the candidates. We are therefore obliged to make a listing in another software to manage the list of candidates and know who responded, and when. It is very complicated and time-consuming.

Suggestion : I propose that there be the date of the recruitment request, and the date of sending the "whisper" by the general staff, viewable by all members of the general staff. This way, everyone knows if the guild has already "whispered" to the candidates, and since when. I think that quite a few other guilds would be interested in this improvement. This would be a significant time saver, and better management of responses to recruitment requests to the guild.
