I purchased the game through Steam and I have an issue. I have most of the items missing that come with the bundle.

The following items are missing from the pack. I have already emailed support but I don't know how long they take.

Horse Emblem, Classic Outfit Box, Polar Bear (Tier 3), Master Title, 4,000 pearls, Horse Gear Set Box, Premium Outfix Box, Maid, Tier 3 Pet Box, 30% Discount Coupon. 

I mean how can they totally f up everything that is supposed to be included in the pack?

Hi there, in order to get the items, you need to follow a few steps:

1. Enter the game

2. Press ESC to open the menu

3. Press F9 and then 8 (or alternatively look for "Redeem" through the search menu if you have the game in english)

4. Open that menu and click on the package (make sure steam overlay is activated)

5. Send the package to the right region (NA in your case I guess)

6. Accept the package from the mailbox (B)

7. Open the box in your inventory (I). Some items may get sent to the pearl inventory after, some will stay in the normal inventory.

8. Open and register all of the individual items where necessary
