I fully understand wanting to face the person you are speaking to but the Bukpo wharf manager disembark is very unfortunate as it places you on the rocks below which is out of range of talking to the NPC. Please move it to standing behind him where you normally interact with the NPC.

Secondly the invisible barriers leading to Bukpo are super constrictive. The blocked of area is on the same latitude as Saltwater Crocodiles and as such should be available to drive through. It needlesly places you near the coastline where if you autopath with breezy sail and you get the slalom bug where the boat tries to correct autopath in a S curve you will get stuck on the coast or the invisible wall. Similar is the entire west coast but there the path is wider.
The upper corner where my boat is shown on the map also has no ocean on the minimap for a accessible section and it glitches out into a nothing void similar to Vell you can see screenshots below the map.
