I can't start "[Kharazad Accessory] Artifact of the Aksulp Dynasty", Ain Greid in Ulukita / Velandir won't show quest to start. Is there a pre-requisite to this quest?

I have completed:

• You can only exchange a TET (IV) or PEN (V) Deboreka accessory for a PEN (V) or NOV (IX) Kharazad Accessory, respectively
• The Deboreka Accessory must not be upgraded with a cup accessory upgrade (extract the cup first)
• Make sure all quests types are turned on in your Quest Log (O)

With this maintenance, a pre-quest was added with Black spirit. Have you completed that one already?

I'm not sure, would you know what it's called?  Best I've been able to determine from searching is "[Kharazad Accessory] Artifact of the Aksulp Dynasty", and I don't see that one. All the guides and notes I've been able to find just refer to it as "pre-quest", so I'm not even sure what to look for. I have to be overlooking something silly.

Actually, I see it in there now. Been running down other quests in the log today, maybe something kicked loose, or I overlooked it before. Anyways, thank you :D  Might have been something in the [Seoul] quest line.
