Game Keeps Disconnecting Me Randomly (NA)

Doesnt matter what server im on or if im using wifi or ethernet but bdo keeps disconnecting me at random points, sometimes its after 1 min sometimes after 10 mins, but its only been after the past maintenance patch that its been doing it and i dont lose connection for anything else (Discord, other games,Youtube,wifi on my phone) ive updated drivers and scanned files and the whole works, plus i have gig internet and a 50ms latency to the server so its not latency as far as im aware.
just slightly annoyed and very confused as to what it could be other than my isp but one would think if it was my isp having all the issues then id have trouble with other devices as well

Yeah mine says the exact same, sometimes i get it back to back other times im able to grind for 15 mins, but ive even gone as far now to get a new modem and still having the issue, a good few of my guild members have also been having the same issue, most of us having the issue are from Canada but with others all the way in Australia having the same prob as well, all of us also being with different isp's so its not seeming to be a localized isp issue

I am having this issue as well, sometimes back to back disconnections/reconnections. I'm from Canada. Did not happen as frequently since before the last maintenance. I kinda gave up on trying to do stuff in-game for now until it's resolved.

Im gonna try reinstalling, see if that does anything. I know for a fact it isnt my internet, because nothing else is being slow or otherwise acting strangely. Shall keep you posted.

If you are experiencing this issue, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will then ask you to provide some files to check where the issue is happening exactly.
Also, please keep in mind that "my Internet is fine" does not mean that your ISP is not having issues. Your Internet is not a door that opens or closes, but a huge network of cables and nodes that establishes a connection from your location to the service you are trying to access.
Most of the time, when cases like this are happening to only a few Adventurers, it is probably related to an Internet routing issue.

My issue seems to have been resolved. The problem was with the ISP, Eastlink, they were having issues affecting the whole province for a few days. No more unstable internet messages!

Third new router this year, today was a technician here and i got a new outlet for the cable. He tested the whole connection, everything's fine. 30 Minutes after he left and i played BDO, disconnect. I get a lot of this blank screens, short disconnect and then it just stays like that. Normally you would see my char and my fields.
