On the November 21, 2024 patch the Ulukita Main quest requirements were changed to include both Mediah and Valencia Main quests needing to be completed before being able to accept the Ulukita Main quests. With this change, former seasonal characters that completed the Simplified Main quest are now forced to complete the new Serendia and Calpheon Main quests before being able to re-unlock/complete the Mediah Main quests to then be able to accept the Ulukita Main quests. These characters can accept and complete the Valencia Main quests without Mediah being re-unlocked/complete despite the Valencia Main quests requiring “[Mediah] Apocalyptic Prophecy” to be completed.

The unlocked Mediah Main quests do NOT show up in the quest log (aside from “[Mediah] The Temple in the East”) even when completed; they do, however, count towards Rulupee’s Travels, Outpour of Quests, Brightest of Seven Stars, I’m the Main Character Now.

Will this be fixed or do i need to finish those quests again? T_T

I hope they are looking into this whole Mediah quest issue. I have a character that started in Mountain of Eternal Winter and then did In Search of Lost Memories to unlock Valencia. That character cannot begin the Ulukita quest chain. There are no Unaccepted quests in the journal ("O") and the Black Spirit has no Mediah quests to offer. I contacted Support showed them the screen shots of the Journal "O". They said check Black Spirit. I replied that I had done that prior to contacting them. I also gave them screenshots of all the Black Spirit tabs. It has been two days and there has been No Response to my follow-up.

In the known issues report, there is no mention of this issue. It would appear that I am not the only one having this problem.
