Suggestions/Comments: Removal of Karma System while adding in PvE realms.

I believe PvP can exist without a karma system as detrimental as the one implemented into Black Desert. I for one can remember fighting over grind spots before and honestly it was fun. Even when I got jumped in my spot and lost it... it would ignite a sense of well I need to get stronger, in order to keep my spots. This lead people to the duel arena, working on PvP combos, working on gear, learning there class and learning counters to other classes. Plus there is many ways to avoid PvP these days. You can change to one of the many servers. You can go into a private hunting spot for 1 hour and 5 minutes. You can move areas.

Add PvE realms, or even call them Lifeskill realms were all PvP is turned off by default.

Allow guild declarations back to the old system. In tandem with this change, allow PvE guilds that can only be in the PvE realms. (Avoid PvP)

Remove the Karma system and realize it is not needed.

Rework the RBF system into a queue system with better rewards. Have a capped and uncapped. Queue system that would attempt to balance out the different sides. If you leave, 1 hour deserter debuff.

Game should foster both PvP and PvE, and has the tools to do it.

What's the point of removing the karma system and reinstating decs?

The point of decs is to avoid the karma loss.

Another......... I have a dream.  That one day we have servers (not Arsha) where one can fight over grind spots (not Arsha).  A dream that no karma loss would occur (not Arsha).  So we could go back to the glory days of competition (not Arsha).  That would bring back BDO and make it great again (not Arsha).

Why not Arsha, though?  What's wrong with it?

Because these so called PVPers got their true colors shown with Arsha.  They rely on the Karma system to protect them and abused war decs in their favor.

They never wanted real competition.  They wanted a watered down version where occassionally they would face a stronger player and just leave.  Then the rest of the encounters would be pure abuse against weaker opponents.

Those protections don't exist on Arsha and the competition is much more difficult.  Thus it's less fun for them because they don't get the advantage in most fights.

They can't admit these things to you.  I on the other hand am simply stating years of observation in gaming and human behavior.  I just state how it is.

We want owpvp with good rules.

Arsha is a FFA owpvp and most of the time it will kill the pve side when a fight occurs.

And it is not the initial game design of BDO when it comes to spot control.

Arsha never worked for that purpose.

All the real points you kept ignoring in your "years of observation".

Open world pvp when the game don't have population or even more active players? If were atleast 30-50k active players on EU then yea but I think there are not even 3000 players which most of them are afk fishing or horse training spreaded on 40 servers ( season not included )

Statistics shows an massive drop of population from January to December this year, if continues to drop then expect to merging servers regions and later a shut down.

You started strong then call for pve servers...

Isn't Olivia, Marni realm and season++ enough safety and segregation already?

You cant get back owpvp spot fights unless there are people there to fight.

War decs and karma are pointless when you're not all in the same sandbox.

At one point I started you wil lrealise that most topics against PvP are not from people who want to grind in peace, but people who want just to remove PvP. That means that even if you separate servers to PvP and PvE there will be people that will find reason to remove PvP servers. Dont forget that one that wanted to remove PvP from arsha so he can use that 50% drop bonus. The game has so many ways to play in peace, but people still want PvP to be removed. Its just hate agains PvP, not a wish to make the game better. And dont forget mentality - "I hate PvP and I want it removed, not care that many people chose this game for its OwPvP, its me me me ..."

Aha, no way, bro. Are you some kind of bot designed to farm negative karma? There's no way a human has this dumb of a take.
