The game won't allow me to change the appearance of my Mythical Arduanatt, I have the item in my inventory, the horse has no gear, and when I go to change the appearance, the game says There is no item.

same here, rip (free T10 Arudanatt Horse from today)

oh boy, better forward this as feedback then, people will not be happy about this, the more find out, and probably flood you folks with tickets, and now especially people who spent the 100mil on the Fruit to change it without seeing the notice

Exactly what I did, no in-game indication of color/unchangable appearance and the patch notes using pictures of red/black appearance is very misleading.  Text about missing fruit makes it feel like a bug too.

So why not offer it as default?? So stupid! 100 million to change the appearance is nothing in this game these days

ye true, even the promotional banner and the event page thumbnail and the ingame loading screen has the red/black horse, well :(  

I literally went for the T10 Arduanatt just for the red and black appearance. Went and bought the fruit to change it. Here I am with people telling me I can't do that. WTF I am actaully P.O.

I recently came back to the game after a long break and saw that I could get a free t10 horse and am now in the same boat. Not being allowed to change the appearance doesn't really any make sense. This horse is an all skill one which is hard to get, people are going to absolutly want to grab it. The whole reason I have ever wanted an Ardy was for the Red and Black apperance, now I feel like I should have picked a different t10 horse.
