I have not heard from them after sending a support quest and i showen them the page my picture is on

well it been 6 day and not a responce from support i gave them a picture of me on the page to show them i did this event and still no seals so sure show how much about the game we play that they can not respond

11 days from when I put in a ticket to support with the picture of the page i was on and still no responce from them We should be getting betteer help from are support but we sure are not
