Hello,
Since I think after Mid December updtade I am getting crashes while playing BDO, game and pc is crashing and it does restart. Yesterday 04-01-2025 I was playing all day other games like Battlefield, Sifu and Path of exile 2, had 0 issue but today after playing more than 1 hour of BDO again game and PC crashed.

Same here. Big expensive gaming PC, nothing else is crashing, BDO crashes 2-3 times a day since mid-december.

i've been crashing hard since deadeye release. it actually follows a pattern. lets say i reset my game and log in > immediately upon seeing my character in game, it crashes. i then load up bdo again and it takes like 5 to 10 secs to crash. it will crash 2 to 3 times after the initial crash. then when i log in for the 3rd/4th time. im good. until i close the game again.
other games runnin fine also. cyberpunk, marvel rivals. i've done a file scan and that didn't work

Here's the same thing, when I'm farming silver, even just farming river water, the game closes out of nowhere and it also reset my PC just like that.

My game has been dcing all day ever 5-10 mins it will reset were i last was and sometimes it takes an hour to get to my next quest, Because I keep getting reset back or I'll be in the middle of ridding to my quest and boom black screen and reset mostly its unstable connection trying to reconect close game.

Its really getting demotivating to play, yesterday 3 crushes, today already 2.
I have updated all my graphic cards.
What does went wrong mid December? I do have played the game years 4+ never had issue, but since Mid December update constantly crushes.

AND..... I lost crystal, due crash I died during grinding at DHysteria, thanks game I guess and Devs-admins-whatever for not giving an answer. Why the crashes since mid December

When a PC restarts without any further info (eg. bluescreen), there is a 99.9% chance it's a hardware problem!
So, if the game freezes ( and maybe sound plays in loop or you get strange sounds) and then your monitor gets dark and your PC restarts, it's most likely because of some hardware issue.
Maybe something got to hot and forced an emergency shutdown.
Or maybe your psu no longer supplies enough power.
