As title says everytime i have to use task manager to close the game everytime i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiply times with windows and revo uninstaller.. Anyone else had this issue?

i'm having the same issue since i came back, also tried to reinstall the game and scan the files but doesn't seem to work (steam)
