Since the last patch, whenever storage is displayed (storage NPC, maid, container) the inventory display tab and the scroll position is set back to the starting tab and position (scrolled to top) every time the selected storage location (city/town) is changed.

Used to be able to select normal or pearl inventory tab, scroll down, and then change storage while maintaining the selected inventory display. This is important when cleaning up inventory items that need to go to different storage locations.  This  allows one to view  the  item in inventory, then select the desired storage, then click on the tem to transfer.  In the current (broken) behavior, I find the inventory item, in pearl inventory and/or scrolled down, select the storage - then I have to find the inventory item again.

edit: Guild storage is even worse. For every item transferred the inventory window is reset.

Fixed in 20 February 2025 patch.
