My connection is flawless. Best internet money can buy.

I can grind Polly Forest forever or die in any serious monster zone after the game freezes.
Or I can stop playing BDO. Maybe it's about time, my patience is running thin.

I tried playing twice on Sunday - constand disco, lost crystals.
Monday was fine, nothing changed on my end.
If they can't handle server saturation, why have a system punishing players for something that is not their fault?
It should not exist.

I already did.
Support never detected any issues which could result in extra crystal recovery since you started selling extra chances from Pearl Shop.
I would burn through those anyway.
I could not even finish single instance of Pig Cave today, meanwhile I got super clean sessions a few days ago.
Even if I did not lose crystals, this mode mechanic kicks me out on every server hiccup.
Due respect, VPN should not be mandatory to play BDO.
I hold my case. Please remove crystal breaking on death because game's servers instability makes this punishing mechanic totally unfair and random.

I've had these same problems.
I too can not find anything wrong with my internet.
Yesterday (Sunday) was particularly bad and took the option to 'end game'.
Not the solution either of us want, I'm sure.
