It says every time I've done it, with scan files, updating my graphics drivers and such, and restarting the computer three times still it's giving me

that same message that it's having trouble connecting to the internet or needs a stronger connection. I haven't done anything or changed anything from last night to today.

So what is going on with your launcher Pearl Abyss.

Might simply be a routing issue, aka a connection problem between your location and the server somewhere. Usually a VPN can help fix the issue.
