Hi everyone, I was running Fish tank quest but now im stuck

Completed the first 4 quests where you have to obtain green fishes. Im lv master 2 into fishing.

Next quest should be "Timeless Memento" but Dorio does not offer me any quest... I have completed previous quests and I have Shim Cheong knowledge as required by the quest log so I cant understand. Shim Cheong has no quests for me as well.

I did join BDO few weeks ago so I may not have done some quest chains... but I dont see such a requirement in the quest log.

I saw guides about this quest chain but these are outdated since the quest chain has been recently reworked (iridiscent pearls are not anymore a quest item) so I have no clue

Any help please?

this quest is before Timeless Memento, - Recall the Memories did you do that first

According to in game quest log Timeless Memento comes before that one, anyway Shim is non offering me any quest so I cant do Recall the memories

Do you have all quest types active?

There is an NPC that actually starts the quest located on land just east and slightly north of the jump off point for the under sea castle zone.
