So outside of guild manor it works but we have tested "All you need is love (Life)" in party and krogdalo donkey in party and without and in all cases it was not possible to share the buff with a guildmate like normally. The guild manor allows people to come together to share buffs but these do not work which feels like a bug.

There is also a bug when teleporting to the guild manor from a boat there is a chance to spawn high up in the air and falling to your death. I have respawned in nearest village as a test and it still considered me to be in the manor and I had to climb the wall to get into guild manor to exit through door to get teleported.
