According to other people´s playthrough of Hardcore Server, the Action Prompt Button [R] showed on their screens so they could pass the tutorial section of Hardcore Server. However, it did not show up on my screen.

Even at the beginning, the Action Prompt Button [R] did not show up either, meaning i couldn´t skip the cutscene.

However, the Action Prompt Button [R] appeared when my level 01 was in a cutscene at the tutorial level.

Have you rebound the R key in your keybind settings? Only reason i could think of for this error occuring.

Do you know whether there is an option is for skipping cutscene? Because I am only having the [R] button bounded to the Interact Tab (by default). I assume that by having [R] button bound to Interact Tab, it should work for skipping cutscene, but it does not seem to be the case. 

I even reset all of my settings to default, yet nothing changes.

Hmm Im not too sure how to fix that. Best i can recommend is deleting your cache (in the documents folder) after having reset your settings to default, and making sure it says R for interactions. Then try to enter the hardcore servers again
