The evasion nerf didn't really hit end game players in uncapped. Due to the DR buff, players now can stack 1000 + dr with 1200+ evasion and 300+ ap regardless if they are dr or evasion. This means, they are unhittable, when hits get through they do no damage, and they can still kill you in 1-2 combos. This is due to the extra increase in linear ap, dr and evasion stats available to end game players. There should be some sort of marginal decrease in end game dr and or evasion or else they will just end up killing 100 players everygame in rbf or open world.

The issue is not evasion vs DR they both are working the issue is certain classes are way to strong in passives and damage that AP can't cut through
This is a class balance issue not a defense balance issue.
This issue is something that one simply does not post on this forum, it's a fool's errand - you'll get eviscerated as you already have. Players have yet to realize the base mechanics of the game, yet be aware of how the stat meta works. Defensive builds will always be the best in BDO, so just embrace the cringe and go pummel some tuvala timmies in RBF while being immortal towards all of the other Eva/DR cringers next to you, that's it - that's all.
