What's going on?? That was about 150k loyalties that went poof.
PA announced MULTIPLE times both ingame and on discord that the Loyalty system going to get reworked, if you didnt spent any loyalties before today's patch then they're gone.
'Ingame' Where? When?
And not everyone is on Discord.
Was it ever in a patch note?

System message and patch notes
'System message'?
Do you actually read all the system messages 24/7 every day of every year?
And I can see it was announced once in February. So you miss one patch note, and they delete everything??
That seems a bit harsh.
130K loyalties to zero here.
Thanks Pearl Abyess for keep kicking out old players, I hate the day I started play BDO.
No proper notification sent to us, I don't understand.
I read "Loyalty system going to get reworked" in the paste but I thougt new items will be added nothing more.
Could not they simply say REMOVAL of current loyalties in red message in BDO or sent an email for players that took break?!
I stopped playing BDO daily since nov 2024, So I think I will keep myself on break forever at this point since everything is going to be removed regardless of how much you play but P2W users are going to be fine because you can restock loalties using your Visa now, what a joke.
They they made multiple ingame announcements per day and they also posted this 2 days ago:

BDO is a game that is constantly changing every week, they did announce multiple ingame notifications that you couldnt have missed if you actually play the game to some degree. Dont be surprised that stuff gets removed or updated if you dont play for a while. It's the same when PA took over Kakao and they announced multiple times, WAY beforehand that people's accounts would get deleted. There are still people complaining about this to this day.
They did mention everything you read in this thread more than once, its sadly your own fault if you ignore all these announcements, patchnotes and other messages and then get surprised that you lost ingame currency.

I didn't 'ignore' anything. I didn't play for the past two weeks, and I must have missed the announcement in February.
Whichever way you twist this, it is really clumsy and unprofessional. It's simple not reasonable to expect ALL player to read ALL announcements, EVERY week of the year, just to avoid getting screwed like this.
They could easily have ensured that all players who actually log in are taken to a conversion mechanism well before deleting everything. It's just arrogant and inept.
I'm mainly fishing and shitposting on discord, but even I was annoyed how often they said they will remove it.
"If you don't use it, you'll lose it"
