PA reset everyone's loyalties (to their credit, they did announce this a few times in various ways). They removed a bunch of stuff from loyalties shop, although they also added a few things in.

Same here i had over 53,000 loyalty points stored because i was hoping some decent stuff would come around to be purchasable with loyalyies, now we have been F****d over again, personally i thought we'd have been able to keep the loyalty points we had stored with the condition of if you don't redeem the ones you have by (for example) Christmas then they disappear.
