Noticed on the NA servers after patch last week that the damage that town guards do to players with negative karma has increased. Was curious if this was a potential bug or intentional as it was not mentioned in the patch notes.

Still no response? Almost like you're trying to screw over red players without giving them advance notice. We know the risks of being red but to make a change in the game without putting it in the patch notes seems like you're trying to intentionally sabotage your red player base which is the only type of open world PvP that exists since you got rid of non-mutual guild decs. At this point if you don't want red players than just remove the karma system and flagging system entirely.
