I have just recently returned to BDO like a day ago, but im experiencing really bad lag and disconnects and dont know why, is this normal?

Or should i report it?

I know BDO servers arent the best, but i have never ever had issues like this since last time playing it, should i contact customer service?

Contact support so that something can be done. This severity is unusual.

There are some tools you can use for a more reliable connection, such as VPNs. Sadly, some ISPs limit traffic to known game servers to reduce strain on their systems, so you have to take steps to work against that. It could also simply be bad routing, with troubled / busy nodes on the route to the game servers. For that, you can try VPNs, restarting your router or changing your DNS to try for a better resolution. You could also try to test some servers near the physical location of the game servers on Speedtest.net, as this sometimes shows a strong reduction in internet speed if there is bad routing (not always sadly but I've seen it before). I don't have enough tech expertise to help you fix it in more detail, but there are some players in the BDO official discord who are always willing to assist with tech issues of that kind so if you still experience problems after a while, I recommend checking out the BDO discord and asking for assistance there. 

Im having the same issue with NA servers, i can play perfectly fine every other game but Black Desert Online. Did you find a solution?
