After killing well over a thousand crocs with 300 percent drop rate, double loot scroll and most expensive tent luck buff running.....I have not seen this item. There is not much information about it online either. I'm starting to believe it either doesn't exist or the chances of it dropping are so ridiculously low that I'll never see it in my lifetime. So if you have been lucky enough to get this item so you can employ first mate Tranan Underfoe, please post a screenshot below so I can see it with my own eyes. Many thanks!

Well now I really don't believe it exists. At least I can stop wasting my time with crocs.

It definitely exists (This was July this year) Took about 11 hours of grinding, only stopping to get to shore for some cannonballs. Had to do field repairs to never stop the grind.
