this change added in quite some time ago has been left in a broken state and not addressed since.
the short of it is this
- Vanguard - Deals +5% damage to Pulverizers
- Skirmisher - Deals +5% damage to Vanguards
- Pulverizer - Deals +5% damage to Skirmishers

Why do Pulverizes arbitrarily get more classes to counter?
In the past before these ratios, each class used to have a unique % damage modifier against every other class. This allowed for a finer level of balancing, but instead was tossed aside for the atrocious system we currently have.
Reverting to the previous system with more attention to given individual class match up balancing would be best, but I'd take a shake up of the classes positioning on the damage ratios chart once in a while. Just do something with it Please
the old system was not better and was less consistent however the newer system is also dumb. tbh they should remove things that boost damage into specific types of classes its silly and no one has ever wanted it!
The base idea is cool but the pooling is not good.
Many classes that can position behind a Vanguard back with ease get a free +5% lunch.
