That's correct! For you it's an hour later, but for me it's still at the same time!
America has switched to summertime last sunday, europe hasn't, and UTC always stays the same!

Well right now can not trust them that the time is right in how bad the mess up the time they put down for the big red box event.

Maintenance is always at 9:00 UTC.
Pacific Standard Time (PST) is UTC -8 = 1:00 am
Eastern Standard Time (EDT) is UTC -5 = 4:00 am
But since you now have Summertime (Daylight Saving Time) the time for the Maintenance has changed for you:
Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) is UTC -7 = 2:00 am
Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) is UTC -4 = 5:00 am
