[Event] Exciting 10th Anniversary ADV Ticket after selecting "Training" as my task. I have not received the scroll I have to right click, in order to start the quest.

Because it's designed to work this way!
You have a small chance of auto complete the Quest while selecting it, which is also statet in the description on the Event window.
