Cant complete the quest, i searched a vid on yt and it looks like the completion target is no longer set as it should, you should reach the top of the building and the completion target is set at the peak of the building which you cant reach.

I just kept pressing w+space till I climbed onto that needle and stayed on. Staying on is the hard part. Took me 20min.

Isn't there a dokkebi nearby that can help? I haven't done this since it was released, but I remember a "prankkebi" that could give you a lift, so to speak...
