as a player in bdo each global lab patch week is like the volatility of the stock market 

can we get some transparency on what data is used to buff or nerf classes?

or from what region specifically 

imo each region should have separate buffs/nerfs because it is wildly different between KR , NA-EU

im being honest, from what i see in this forum, its a good thing.

If that was true, awk ninja would have gotten more buffs instead of nerfs. They do nothing but complain about how bad the class is, despite how strong it was prior to nerfs, and still is in the right hands.
