What business does a new pvp'er have in blue/gold lobbies?

For some reason, BDO matchmaking system "balances" teams by combining good and bad PvP players on the same team. There's probably a better matchmaking method out there, however it would need to be a method that rapidly fire queues because if people have to wait for ages for a queue to fire that often creates its own problems of people giving up on trying for AoS.
