Adventurers, prepare yourselves for the renewed main quests of Serendia and Calpheon, now presented under the thrilling title, "The Jordine Saga."
From the moment you came to in Balenos, you encountered a fiery red-haired noblewoman, Jarette Domongatt of Serendia. Initially, she might have looked down on you, a disheveled adventurer just waking from slumber. However, as you solve the myriad problems plaguing Balenos, she recognized your prowess and formally invited you to join her in Serendia.
Embark on an epic journey with Jarette, navigating the intricate political landscape of the Black Desert continent. You will face conflicts driven by characters with diverse motives, all while unraveling the seeds of turmoil sprouting in Serendia and spreading to the neighboring Calpheon. As you traverse through countless pivotal choices, immerse yourself in the newly revamped main quests of Serendia and Calpheon, where your actions will shape the unfolding narrative.
We have fully voiced all dialogues in the main quests, incorporating feedback from adventurers to ensure that essential background knowledge is seamlessly integrated through detailed illustrations. The original cutscenes have been re-recorded with enhanced dialogue, sound effects, and background music, elevating the overall quality. Additionally, numerous brand-new cutscenes have been crafted, offering approximately an hour of cinematic content.
Furthermore, the "Serendia II" quest, previously teased at the Calpheon Ball under the working title "Kzarka Side Story," has been updated. Upon completing your journey from the Ancient Stone Chamber to Calpheon, you will receive a letter from "D," leading you to Glish. Here, you will investigate a series of mysterious disappearances involving women, gradually uncovering a grand truth. This story, pivotal to the lore of Black Desert, is brought to life with full voice acting, illustrations, and immersive cutscenes. Dive in and experience the unfolding tale firsthand.

- Adventurers can accept the new revamped Serendia main questline via the Black Spirit (,) after completing the main adventure in Balenos.

* If you're already progressing through the old Serendia & Calpheon main questlines, you will need to complete Looking for Adventurers, the last quest in said questline to be able to accept the quest above.
* You can also proceed with the newly revamped Serendia/Calpheon main questline with a season character upon completing the Balenos main questline.
- If you've skipped over all of the main questlines of Balenos, Serendia, Calpheon, and Mediah by progressing through the Simplified questline, complete the [Special Growth] Fughar's Memorandum - Chapter 11 and talk to the Black Spirit (,) to access the revamped Serendia & Calpheon main questlines.

Serendia II
- A mysterious letter has arrived for adventurers who completed the main questline in Calpheon.
- Added the Serendia II quest along with the Jordine Saga.
* Characters who have progressed through the Jordine Saga can continue on with the Mediah main questline upon completing [Serendia II] Longing for Priola.

How to Enjoy the Main Questline with Voice Dubbing
During the quest, try using the "Auto-skip lines in sync with audio (Tab)" feature located at the bottom right of the screen.
This will make the story progress in sync with the audio without keyboard controls.
We hope this adds to the immersion when questing through Serendia and Calpheon.

- Improvements made so that characters who completed the old Balenos main questline can now proceed with the renewed Balenos main questline.
- Those who completed the final quest Onward to New Horizons of the old Balenos main questline.
- Those who completed the final quest Big Fish in a Small Pond of the old Balenos main questline.
- Changes applied so that the knowledge and titles obtainable in the old Serendia and Calpheon main questlines can now be obtained in the newly revamped Jordine Saga, and some knowledge content has been revised.
- Jarette Domongatt now appears in Heidel Castle.
- To enhance immersion, Jarette Domongatt will be hidden at this location when undertaking the newly revamped Serendia and Calpheon main questlines.
- Changes applied so that items rented/returned to Jordine Ducas in Heidel can now be exchanged with Jarette Domongatt in Heidel Castle.
- Changes applied so that all quests and interactions with Elina Leight in the Calpheon Office are now directed to where Elina Leight is located during the Calpheon main questline.

For Karanda, adjustments were made to prevent adventurers from having to re-enter the combat area after being knocked back.
For Quint and Muraka, changes have been implemented to reduce quest progression difficulties caused by high damage during combat.
