Simplified Prerequisite Quests

Some Black Desert content is locked behind prerequisite quests.

To make it easier for adventurers to access and enjoy this content, we’ve significantly relaxed these requirements.

Simplified the prerequisite quests required to unlock the following features.
- Family Inventory

* Cannot be accepted if you have already completed [Dellus' Gift] A Gift Bearing the Galaxy or [Raomi's Gift] A Gift Bearing the Galaxy.
