Hello!

You can powerlevel your gathering at Behr by gathering the plants and herbs just outside of the town. To make this even easier, you can enable mouse movement Settings > Interface Settings > Mouse Interface > Use Mouse to Move. Simply stand in the center of all the plants you wish to gather, and right click them! It has a nice range and makes it so you don't have to run around all over the place. Hope this Helps!

To help with this, if you are a new player, Leight's Hoe can be rented from Norma Leight at the Northern Wheat Plantation for 50 contribution points.

Also as a new player. Completing the Dailies in Olvia will net you some good silver and xp for gathering, alchemy, AND cooking once completed. Happy gathering!

You ideally want to equip full loggia/manos set and hoe, then start gather wild herbs at Behr. 

This will give you the most XP in the shortest time
