Hits not connecting correctly [PVP]

This 3 skills hits are not connecting properly. Spically Swooping Ring Damage is not connecting properly. Frozen Ring Damage in PVP | Hits, not connecting correctly as well.
Slicingring same as both.
I don't know if u guys have same issues but i countered this issue alot while in PVP & on PVE sometimes.

I think you are right. For a long time I thought maybe I just had low accuracy and the skills weren't hitting. But I don't think that is the case. I believe they are just bugged. It seems it could be a hit box issue of some sort, I don't know. But those skills definitely do not connect right.
