Personally I think that giving more time for the marni realm and expanding on that system would be better for pa. The only time I have an issue with the open pvp is when im grinding and someone comes up and starts to greif me and/or try to feed me to mobs to make me lose crystals. I also think that flagging and the karma system need to be changed. As they are now they honestly hurt the player trying to defend their spot more than the player trying to steal it. Pa has said before they would like to have flagging be a "last resort" option and prefer people to just get along. By that logic i dont see the issue with making marni realm better/making a pve server. As far as the greifing or feeding to mobs i have other suggestions i will probably make a post about later. Overall I personally feel like if you like to pvp and want to do it while you're just going about your business, go to arsha. I would love to see them make more arsha type servers and then make a couple pve as well. There should be a place for everyone in an mmo and honestly pve orientated players seem to feel like they dont have their place. 

But you know, I think most owpvp defenders would be totally OK for a rework which would really put the blame on the one creating the conflict, no matter how he does it. 

But right now, any solution like pve server or more marni time would be nothing more than a band-aid solution, like Arsha currently is, but it would bury even more the idea of a proper pvpve solution. That's what I want to avoid at all costs, personally, I'm fed-up with easy solutions.

And there is a place for pve players on BDO, but they have to take the presence of owpvp into account and act accordingly. If they want to refuse it completely, they will feel uneasy, for sure. 

This is an open-world PVP MMO. Deal with it. That is the sole reason for the BDO treadmill to keep on running. The day they create PVE-only servers, the game will start dying because all you carebear's immediate subsequent complaint will be that you guys are getting out grinded by somebody with a higher gear score, so now you want instanced access to grind spots.. well they already gave it to you.  

ROTLF. Do you know what players who left and want to come back are asking ... has the toxic open pvp been removed from the game?

So you can see for yourself how wrong you are, it is because of the toxic open pvp that this game has practically no players.

Let them keep asking. Nobody is going to satisfy their personal needs. Who do they think they are?

Do you honestly think numbers will not drop?

No point in worrying about what these most players would prefer, they'd probably jump on another game on the first occasion, even if they got what they wanted.

Instead, you should wonder why BDO devs didn't satisfy their desires after all this time. I mean, how could they miss such an occasion... That is, if it really exists!

2 possibilities :

- the huge pve community waiting for a pve version simply does not exist.

- or this community is too unreliable to base the future evolutions of the game on it.

Not that it really matters, anyway, they already gave their answer... 

I'm a returned player. I played in 2016 for a year before giving up. It was taking up too much of my time. Any progress at that point was a real time sink.

I came back two years ago and really enjoy the difference.

I love the game, I do PvE as I'm just not good at PvP, too slow, too old. The occasional bit of PvP is no big deal. Adds a bit of spice!

It was too much in 2016 but the karma system stopped the random killing just for kicks. Mostly people DFS now.

Any business' best strategy for making money is to provide compelling content to as wide an audience as it can. So PA love you if you are a PvPer or a lifeskiller or PvE player, as long as you buy pearls.
