So i read somewhere " prolly reddit" that the color of your lootscroll can determine the lvl of accesorry you can find, I read that Yellow LS u cant drop up to "Duo" and Blue you can drop up to "TET" well my freind dropped a "Tri" Katgum ring while using a Green scroll... so is there truth to the up to TET accessory based on loot scroll, and where can i find the information 

Color of loot scroll has zero to do with specific grade of accessory you can drop. Adv gold,blue, green all have 100% drop rate boost the difference between the Gold and blue/green is junk drop rate and the difference between blue and green is Time, greens are a 30 min scroll.

Gold grade accessories can rare drop up to DUO

Blue grade Accessories can drop up to TET

Gold being worth more and generally better stats BUT both VERY RARE drops getting one may be a once in a fam thing but it does drop. That being said the color of your scrol has ZERO to do with you actually dropping one or the other.

The grade of the lootscroll does not decide if you will drop enhanced accessories. It only increases the total chance to drop a rare loot and the amount of trash loot.

Every one can drop yellow accessories up to Duo or blue and green grade up to Tet. It is totally independent from a lootscroll. It only depends how much RNGsus is favoring u. ;)

What Recon said, also Green can drop up to Tet as well.  It seems that Green accessories has a higher chance to drop enhanced versions than blue does as I have gotten at least a dozen Tet Green accessories since they added the ability to drop enhanced accessories, I have only ever gotten 1 Tet blue accessory, and the highest I have seen and gotten dropped has been a pri Gold, I know Duo is possible but it is not very likely.

I got tet katum as a drop, 110fs for pen almost instantly and gained 111fs
