I see the pre and post policies, but I haven't found the changes. What am I missing? Thanks much

also, this ToS change is kinda bs, it says its effective date is before it is posted, which is not legal if someone does want to challenge it in court, they will likely win
The law of my country say that all agreements / licenses / regulations must be provided to me in my language.
So ..... I don't care any ToS because:
1. No translation
2. I am not bound by any content on ToS that violates the laws of my country.

they can just suspend you. you are implicitly bound because they have the power to turn off your access. enjoy.

Then they will get a lawsuit, and the trial will be in my country and under the law of my country.
Where real money is involved, the game publisher cannot do what he wants.
Now even theft of a virtual game account is criminalized in my country for this very reason.

If u buy a car with no weels in korea and u want to use it in usa, u can not say "in my country it is the law that a car have weels"

It's not important. Regulations / agreements / licenses do not constitute the law and do not override the law.
If you want to provide a service in a given country, you must comply with local law.
For this very reason, players from Belgium don't have access to lootboxes in BDO and Amazon cannot release Lost Ark in several countries.

Nope your analogy doesn't fit. A better analogy would be if you bought your car made in korea, then korea disables ur car because u bad mouthed the country. Would one be entitled to a refund from the dealer?
