Bottling energy

Suggestion: Make it so you can bottle energy from any location on the map by talking to the black spirit.
Reason: QOL change, prevents the need of running boss alts to velia to bottle energy. And then run back again.

Well, there are many more locations where you can bottle than Velia alone but I agree that being able to do it anywhere from black spirit would be convenient.

Agreed, quite annoying to have to run to Alustin.
