DR vs EVA:
 
Problem: Damage Reduction (DR) class passives vs Evasion (Eva) class passives. DR class passives do not amount to the same amount of tankiness that evasion class passives and self buffs do. Due to the DR softcap being at 310, the classes that build full DR are unable to maintain a high level of tankiness compared to classes that can build full evasion and still maintain the softcap. Solution: Change level 63 DP/DR passives from +2 All DP to +2-3% DR. Increase the DR softcap effectiveness from 310 to 360 for classes that have to specifically build DR due to their class.
 
Warrior issues:
 
Problem: Outdated, bugged and unused skills in pre awakening kit. Some of these skills include shield counter, force slash, and frenzied dash. Solution: Rework old skills/animations to be up to par with today's meta.
 
1. Shield counter should have a FG and increased damage than the current versions.
 
2. Force slash has been bugged for a long time with Absolute Counter. The damage on Absolute Counter is demolished when using force slash. Either fix the damage bug or have force slash apply Counter's maximum damage x (multiplier) similar to other skills like Reckless Blow. This helps both succession and awakening.
 
3. Frenzied dash is not a good skill. The damage is seemingly bugged (even with Elvia weapons, the damage is very bad on full charge in PvE), the animation to start it is completely unprotected and too long, even for mobility. Fix the bugged damage and shorten the start animation the skill. Add frontal guard or super armor to skill.
 
Problem 2: Succ warrior (PVP) issues stem from accuracy modifier issues, longer cast times that can not be cancelled and using Absolute versions of skills instead of PRIME. 1: Adjust PRIME scars of dusk to cast faster than currently. Test the last hit damage on the skill, as sometimes it doesn't apply full damage correctly, even with accuracy accessories on.
 
2: Decrease the PRIME grab cooldown on succ warrior from 13 seconds to 10-11 seconds. Because it has super armor, it should have a longer cooldown than Absolute grab.
 
3: Allow PRIME ground slash to be cancelled after the first energy hit with "PRIME: Evasion" or PRIME solar flare.
 
4: Decrease PRIME evasion iframe cooldown from 5 seconds to 3-4 seconds. The iframe itself is extremely unreliable in group PvP. Increase the lingering window on the skill during motion.
 
5: The T3 addons for a succ warrior are completely useless for PvE or PvP. Add ground slash as a T3 option.
 
6: Add Bound CC or CORE skills to PRIME Ground Smash.
 
RBF:
 
Increased PvP modes for Red Battlefield - Reason : Red battlefield has had one map for nearly three (3) years, if not longer on PC. I recommend improving upon this content. With the latest patch, RBF received a buff which is a step in a positive directions for players outside of PvE.
 
The proposed changes/future implementations are as follows..
 
1) Create additional Red Battlefield maps. You can pick an area similar with walls, such as Delphe node area for a map.
 
2) Create additional modes. The modes should consist of content outside of direct "deathmatch". Capture the flag (using a similar pickup method that is used for golden eggs during Easter Event) which can simulate pirate island or a normally, unused island for competition. This map allows you to use choke points for attacking/defending and allows more strategic use for capturing flags. The team to collect 5 flags first, wins or the team with the most flags captured at the end of timer expiration.
 
King of the Hill: Deathmatch for accumulated points. You can stack up to 4 players in a hill to accumulate points faster. This mode DOES NOT allow you to change equipment after the match has started. The hill moves every two minutes (15 minutes or longer battle) and the team with the most points will win at the end. It encourages working as a team and setting up properly to control portions of the battlefield.

The guy who came out with the DR softcap myth already corrected it that there is no DR softcap.

I not tested it personally tho.

Just to add something else: 

 

The animations for a lot of the OP classes are literally faster at 144 fps than it is at 60 fps
