These might be silly/crazy and unnecessary but here's 3 thoughts I have.
1 - black spirit daily/weekly quest for boss scrolls & boss scroll fragments, and the "Darkened scroll" that takes 10 boss scrolls to combine
I suggest changing the daily/weekly quests to a monthly quest and just giving the most advanced, darkened scroll. Totally remove the daily fragment, the basic version, and all of the steps in the recipe leading to this final product. Simply replace it all with Monthly black spirit quests to get the most refined, biggest Darkened scrolls instead - for the sake of simplicity and less micromanagement and quality of life. Remove the old boss srolls from the loyalty shop as well, replace with these Darkened scrolls, and adjust loyalty point costs accordingly. My point here is, why all the steps, why all the complexity? Just jump to the end-result. Give a monthly big scroll to run, cut out all the smaller stuff.
2 - relic scrolls:
Remove ancient relic crystal shard, forbidden book, scroll written in ancient language, venomous nightfang. Replace their spot in the fishing/drop tables with the full combined scrolls that those fragments originally combine into. Remove the expiration date for the combined summon scrolls. Allow the completed scrolls to be bought & sold on market. Reduce droprate by 80%, increase marketprice by 5x (because these are the combined ones that used to take 5 base-items to make)
Basically, cut out the "middle" of this whole process. Just give the real thing instead of parts, buy & sell the real thing, stack & collect the real thing - no fragments only full items. Similar reasons as above -- cut out some of the complexity, make a scroll dropping during your grind feel more intense/valuable, too.
3 - world bosses:
Remove the basic kzarka/karanda/nouver/kutum. Spawn only Nightmare/Storm/blood/thunder versions of these bosses. The baseline versions of these bosses are too easy and only kill low level alts & brand new players. I feel like the spawn rates of these powerful bosses is getting pretty high anyway - why not just go all the way and make these the new way the bosses are, period?
3.1 Since world bosses no longer halt all world PvP and only PvP at bosses, add world bosses back to Arsha. The chaotic fights after world bosses would be glorious.
DUDE!!! this would be super cool.
I would love a goofy chaotic PvP brawl after every worldboss -- it is also inconvenient for when I am living on Arsha and end up missing most world-bosses due to that preference of server.
Delete all memory scrolls and boss scrolls and create a field boss for each boss and make all field boss drop 2-10 memory frag.
Easy and better in many shape and form. Scrolls are a mistake.
No.... Just No we don't need Mem frags to be 4m each with 100k preorders.

Only way to get a good supply of Memory fragment - > People do Field boss. ( thier already do )
When field boss spawn you can do them in like a least 2 channel easly, I precised that all field boss 2-10 memory frag.
Currently field boss are limited to Red Nose, Dim Tree spirit, Dastard Bheg , Giant Mudster and Katzvariak.
Now add Giath, Moghulis, Agrakhan, Narc Brishka , Ronin , Muskan, Hexe Marie,
Ancient Puturum, Urugon, Ahib Griffon, Org, Gehaku, Saunil Siege Captain, Abandoned Iron Mine Executor,
26 boss Field will spawn pretty much everyday. There will be more supply since more people can participate and you can kill them multiple time.
Technically, there won't be an hour without a boss. ^^ Its become a gigantic supply, even today the field bosses dying relatively quickly. Now imagine if this is the primary source of Memory Fragment. ^^

In bonus, its give a real source for part like Leebur, Muskan, Urugon and few Accessories, some Caphras and even Embers of Despair with Ulutuka.
Now you got a complete Sandboxy content completly in the open, no daily shit/boring scrolls to do, and you save yourself 40 inventory space and from a depression.

I think the harder versions of the world bosses could do with a little more tweaking, especially Karanda and Nouver which are significantly harder than Kutum and Kzarka. One tweak could be giving them a few more clear telegraphs before their one-shot attacks (Something in the past Pearl Abyss themselves acknowledged was a problem).
Perhaps an increase in reward, or modifying them so each boss has something that is useful for both PvP/PvE would be a positive too. I particularly think about Thundercloud Kutum (TK) in this regard. TK is the arguably easiest of the harder bosses, but no one bothers to fight it (or learn its basic mechanics) as the rewards are seen as so lackluster.
Finally, I'd suggest removing all loot if the boss isn't defeated. It's nonsensical receiving full reward for failing.
add 1 mem to each WB for lowest bracket.
There already is, you turn the auras in for 1-3 mem frags from each world boss
1 minor flaw, no one does Field bosses because they are a pain to get to since they spawn all over the map and 26 x 10 is 260 mem frags if you do the Field bosses 24 hours a day. You can do that in 1 hour doing Scrolls. Lets say you did scrolls for 24 hours in 1 day you would get 6240 memory fagments and your change would be dropping it down to 260. Yeah bad idea even if you double, tripple, heck even quadruple that number you are still getting less than you are now.
People do field boss, check boss discord everytime one spawn ^^
wit this change you motivate hundred of people more doing them and add boss that have revelant drop like Leebur Urugon, muskan ect..
Remember, scrolls don't exist anymore in my idea. People have to do them for get these part. not to mention the ordinary rewards of these bosses which are still good, such as the caphras stone and the thousands of advise of valk
So in the end you have surely over 500 people doing them so a least 3000 memory fragment ( 6 average ) that will be sell each hours on central market. So 74000 by day
basicly doubling the current supply by more that twice. and seeing that there were no more scrolls. 500 players is certainly the minimum that you will see on the field bosses.
Its will be more 5000.
