1. The 3rd hit of the heavy slash (last hit) should have the same speed as the previous hits, the long pause from when activating the 3rd hit and shortly after it ends cannot be canceled so it's bad for both PVP and PvE (need to dodge at places like oluns)
2. Scars of Dusk should just spin the target instead of pushing them away on the forward hits (last hit), pushing mobs away is a bad mechanic since we want to group them up to kill them all at the same time.
From what I see his AOE are overloaded af. Like wtf, the guy on the vid literately hits everyone on the screen.
At this point they might add tab targeting too, as there isn't any difference at this point anyway, you will hit everyone anyway...

Devs: "why would you want to push monsters towards you, they might hurt you!"
I like the tweaks all around he does look a lot more AoE heavy which is nice.
However, after all these years, I would like them to allow us to play as purests without having to stance dance in awakening.
Meaning, rather than having to dance back and forth, allow us to stay commited in one form without suffering.
Succession is done right, large skill pool with many increases to damage etc.
However, to be affective in awakening, most classes have to dance to make it worth while or you are handicapping yourself, but if I don't like the core weapon type and have no desire to see it in action, why force me to?
They even mentioned that in their warrior awakening focus (it's lack luster) but I fear they are just minorly tweaking the current skills and adding one more - rather I'd hope that instead of making up a ton fo new skills they can simply take key skills which are commonly swapped to in the core set and allow them to be executed with the awakening weapon without the forced swap.
Like meditation, no need to swap weapons to meditate, grab - same thing, throwing the spear - there's no need to swap to the sword and shield, ground slam, just let them slam the 2h sword, deep thrust, it's literally just a longer sprinted solar flare, why force the weapon shift, just allow them to be used with the awakening weapon with minor tweaks to graphics. This is especially true for skills that do not have key combinations in awakening but cannot be locked forwhatever reason or can be executed from a quickslot etc.

except the mobs that needs to be pushed back do not get pushed lol
Until we get more details, it seems this chain is a bit premature.
