This game is so complicated, even when they're trying to do something nice and simple, they mess it up. They want to give players a few freebies, right? Instead of simply mailing us the stuff, they came up with another unncessarily convoluted procedure: use the link on the website, download dlc, open the game, redeem, claim from mail, find box in pearl inventory (of all places), open box.
At no point do instructions on the website, the dlc, or the game explain you have to REDEEM something. How are new players supposed to work this process out? Had to spend another 10min and look up online forums, as with pretty much every minor task in this game. Just keep your game simple and stop complicating it, that's how you lose new players!

I get where you're coming from but it should be all from within the game somehow. Is there a place in BDO that instructs players of current events and everything regarding them? You shouldn't have to alt+tab when you play a game, especially not a game that touts itself as an "immersive experience".
I see both of your points (you two) but I think we can all agree that PA should work on their communication skills. I have seen strides towards this direction in the past few months so good on them for improving. But, it's nowhere near where it needs to be. Also, I agree with OP, in general, PA over-complicates things for no reason. Maybe it's considered fun in korea? lol

I did claim mine via steam but never appear on my redeem menu. Contacted support and they told me to "wait a few more days", no explanation why, and then contact again if I haven't got it yet. Are you guys doing something to fix it or should I try again? Planned to wait till next reset but feels like I just going to wait for nothing.
